Positive: This is a really handy little apartment, with three bedrooms (two double and a single). The shower is good, the kitchen well equipped, the WiFi strong and easy to access. It also has a decent smart TV and good central heating with digital thermostat. There is secure underground parking. Nearby there is an Aldi, a couple of boulangers/patisseries and a butcher. The RER to Paris is about 15 minutes' walk away and the train goes straight to La Defense, Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. It's also only 30 minutes' drive from Versailles. Excellent value for money.

Negative: Two small points: the stairwell outside smelled awful (but don't worry: this did not affect the apartment at all). The bath plug didn't seal properly so the water didn't stay in very well. Easily fixed. These are really small points: it's a great apartment.

Summary: Comfortable flat within easy reach of the centre of Paris
